Sauna - heaven for soul and body
Every better wellness center today has a sauna, which has become a necessary part of body and health care. Basically, we know three types of saunas, namely dry, steam and infrared. Saunas differ in temperature and air humidity, but also in additions such as aromas, salt, plants, colors.
The first Serbian massage - Royal Spa hotel brand
Serbian massage is a ritual treatment of the face and body, which begins with relaxing the body with plum wine for men and honey brandy for women. Given that this massage is focused on the feet and the spine, warm tiles are first placed on the back, and the feet are massaged with aromatic oils, i.e. immortelle for housewives and juniper for hosts. After the foot massage, guests put on woolen socks. The spray massage ends with a face massage with fresh potatoes, which should remove headaches and wrinkles. At the end of the massage, the concept of which was developed in the "Royal spa" hotel in Banja Koviljača, the women are served a dessert made of wild strawberries, and the men are served honey with walnuts.
Massage and the legend of massage
Massage is a basic technique for healing or relaxing the body, both physically and spiritually. Viewed from a physiological or mechanical point of view, massage improves circulation and increases lubrication between muscle fibers and thus enables optimal mobility of the muscle itself. By improving circulation, nutrients reach muscle cells more easily and quickly, and toxins are expelled.
